  • 2 packages (400 grm) Sultan brand Artichoke Bottoms, thawed
  • 2 T Sultan brand Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 c chicken broth
  • ½ c heavy cream
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • Salt & pepper to taste



Cut artichoke bottoms in small pieces and puree in blender with chicken broth.
