  • 1 roasting chicken (3-4 lbs.)
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Stuffing
  • ½ cup Ziyad Brand Pine Nuts
  • ¼ cup Ziyad Brand Sumac
  • ¼ cup Sultan Brand Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 loaves flat pita bread
  • 3 large onions, sliced


Preheat oven to 450 -500 F ; Rub Chicken pieces with Lemon. Season throughout with Salt, Pepper. Set aside.

In large skillet, caramelize onions in 2 Tbls of the oil.

  • 1 Jumbo Lima Beans
  • Sultan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Seasonings including Cumin, garlic
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 lbs of oxtail
  • Dice 2 tomatoes


Place beans in large saucepan and cover with water about 3 inches.

Bring the water to a boil and then remove it from the heat. Cover the lima beans in the hot water and let stand 2 hours. Then drain and set aside.

  • 12 zucchinis (yellow or green)
  • cumin, salt, lemon pepper, oregano
  • 1 pounds diced/ground lamb
  • 1 can tomatoes or 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of Sultan Brand Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 onion


Carefully clean and rinse each zucchini. Cut onion in half. Dice half. Cut remaining half longwise. Mix one cup of rice and 4 pounds of diced lamb. Spice.

If using canned diced tomatoes, empty juice into mix. Add 1/6th cup of olive oil.

  • 4 lbs diced lamb
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 T Sultan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 T fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T Ziyad Brand Tomato paste
  • 1 T basil, finely chopped
  • 1 T Ziyad Brand Oregano, finely chopped
  • 1 jarred whole pimiento, diced
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese


Saute the diced lamb in Sultan Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large skillet.

Add diced onions and spices

  • 4 pounds fresh beef
  • 1/6 cup of Sultan Brand Extra Virgin olive oil
  • 1/6
  •  cup of lemon juice
  • Spices (Garlic, cumin, salt, pepper)
  • Whole lemon
  • Vegetables (green peppers, green onions, tomatoes.)
  • Wood skewers
  • Delightful family meal


  • Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for 1 hour to reducing burning.
  • Cut beef into cubes of about 1 inch in thickness.
  • Place in plate and soak in 1/6 cup lemon juice, 1/6 cup olive oil
  • Spice to preference.
  • Shank with wood kabob spears and grill on open flame until tender.
  • Sprinkle with slices of vegetables, wedges of lemon, serve hot
